1. In five words, describe the library of your youth… and your vision of a library 20 years from now. From my youth and for the future – free, fun, nurturing, open, and creative. Every library is different and I love to explore libraries while traveling.

2. Favorite thing about about your job? Learning something new every day and smelling Cheerios in the morning when I walk from my parking garage to work!

3. Favorite weekend getaway? New York City or New Berlin. Both places we have family to visit and each is unique. NYC has all the culture one can ask for and New Berlin is so peaceful and calm.

4. Morning ritual? Walk dog, drink coffee, catch up on email, and get family ready for the day!

5. Favorite quote?

For attractive lips, speak words of kindness.
For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people.
For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry.
For beautiful hair, let a child run his fingers through it once a day.
For poise, walk with the knowledge you’ll never walk alone.
