Present: Treasurer Elaine Knecht, Secretary Brian Detweiler, Board Members Nina Scholtz, Jay Deveau, Melissa Sievers, and Lisa Worhacz

A quorum was established.

The meeting was called to order by Secretary Detweiler at 3:01 PM.

Motion #1 (Knecht, Deveau) Motion to ratify the results of the online election held April 24^th 2023 through May 10^th 2023 electing Jessica Petitto as ALLUNY President for 2023-24.

                                        6 in favor/0 opposed/0 abstentions. Motion Carries.

Motion #2 (Deveau, Sievers) Motion to ratify the results of the online election held April 24^th 2023 through May 10^th 2023 electing Chris Lund as ALLUNY Co-Vice President for 2023-24.

                                        6 in favor/0 opposed/0 abstentions. Motion Carries.

Motion #3 (Worhacz, Knecht) Motion to ratify the results of the online election held April 24^th 2023 through May 10^th 2023 electing Karen Oesterle as ALLUNY Co-Vice President for 2023-24.

                                        6 in favor/0 opposed/0 abstentions. Motion Carries.

Motion #4 (Sievers, Scholtz) Motion to ratify the results of the online election held April 24^th 2023 through May 10^th 2023 electing Lisa Worhacz as ALLUNY Secretary for 2023-25.

                                        5 in favor/0 opposed/1 abstention. Motion Carries.

Motion #5 (Knecht, Deveau) Motion to ratify the results of the online election held April 24^th 2023 through May 10^th 2023 electing Angela Patti as ALLUNY Treasurer for 2023-25.

                                        6 in favor/0 opposed/0 abstentions. Motion Carries.

Motion #6 (Deveau, Sievers) Motion to ratify the results of the online election held April 24^th 2023 through May 10^th 2023 electing Nina Scholtz to the ALLUNY Board of Directors for 2023-24.

Motion #7 (Knecht, Worhacz) Motion to ratify the results of the online election held April 24^th 2023 through May 10^th 2023 electing Allison Perry to the ALLUNY Board of Directors for 2023-25.

Motion #8 (Deveau, Sievers) Motion to ratify the results of the online election held April 24^th 2023 through May 10^th 2023 electing Deborah Simonik to the ALLUNY Board of Directors for 2023-25.
